Eterniti Records First Sales of its Super SUV at the Beijing Auto Show

Monday, May 14, 2012

The world premiere of the almost production ready Eterniti Artemis SUV at the Auto China 2012 in Beijing earlier this month ended on a positive note as the company recorded its first sales at the event.

The British start-up accepted five orders for the Porsche Cayenne-based model, including four for standard-specification cars, which are priced at £210,000 (US$338,400 or €261,400) plus taxes a piece, and one for a fully customized version, the final price of which will be determined by the customer's specification requirements.

Eterniti's 'Super SUV' Appears as the Artemis at the 2012 Beijing Motor Show

Tuesday, April 24, 2012

Trading one Greek mythology name for another, London-based boutique luxury carmaker Eterniti has renamed the Hemera to Artemis, but that's not the only change for the coachbuilt Porsche Cayenne, which was presented at the Auto China 2012 in Beijing.

The British firm says that the vehicle exhibited in Beijing is a 'running prototype' and is very close to the final production model that will go sale this summer.

Compared to the Hemera concept displayed at last year's Frankfurt Motor Show, the Artemis features a completely new front end with a very Jaguar-like grille and reshaped headlamps, while the SUV also sports different wheels and a decorative emblem on the sides.

Eterniti makes a point to note that the body panels of the Artemis are made out of carbon composite materials and are hand-built.

To say that your new model is “like an SUV version of the M5” is quite a bold statement -especially if you are a brand-new manufacturer, with no previous record and you intend to compete at the high end of the market.

IAA 2011: Eterniti Hemera Brings a Breath of Fresh Air to the Porsche Cayenne

Wednesday, September 14, 2011

Making its world premiere in close-to-production form is the Eterniti Hemera, which the newly formed London-based company refers to as the "world's first Super-SUV".

A close look at the Hemera reveals that the vehicle is more or less a heavily modified (or tuned, take your pick) Porsche Cayenne SUV, which itself is based on the VW Touareg.

Eterniti claims that all body panels on the Hemera are new and made of carbon composite materials, while the company added that is also working on bespoke LED headlamps and lenses that will make it on the final production model.

Blimey…Eterniti Motors Hemera Looks Like a Tuned Porsche Cayenne

Friday, September 9, 2011

After all the hype about a "new luxury car brand" that will hand-build "the world’s first Super-SUV", the self-proclaimed "independent, boutique British luxury carmaker, uniquely based in London", which we will come to know as Eterniti Motors, has lifted the covers off something that looks like/is a heavily tuned second-generation Porsche Cayenne ahead of its Frankfurt show debut.

While the British company does not specifically refer to the Porsche model, it has previously stated that the Hemera "is based on the latest generation of the best large SUV platform available, which will undergo a chassis-up rebuild, with a new, repackaged interior, carbon-composite body panels and additional performance".
