It’s first duty is to take care of the pre-facelift SLS AMG's 6.2-liter V8 engine that in factory trim, is rated for 563hp (571PS) and 650Nm (579 lb-ft) of peak torque. The kit is limited to a software optimization for the ECU. The Gullwing model's 6.3-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine normally lays out 571-horsepower and 650Nm (479 lb-ft) of peak torque at 4,750 rpm, and this package will bump those figures to 625-horses and 680Nm (501.5 lb-ft).

In the case of German tuning firm Kubatech, the answer to the C63 AMG’s horsepower problem was a Stage 3 performance kit that includes a new ECU from Mcchip-dkr along with a complete sports exhaust system from Cargraphic, which help bump output to 583HP and 692 Nm (510 lb-ft).

For Porsche Panamera owners looking for a more subtle tuning touch, Germany's Mcchip has wrung a few upgrades for the sport saloon that include a reconfigured ECU, and new tire and alloy wheel combos. With the new software, the Panamera's 4.8-liter turbocharged V8 produces an output of 550 horsepower and 775Nm (571.6 lb-ft) of torque, up from the standard car's 500 HP and 700Nm.
If the Panamera Turbo is equipped with Porsche's Sportchrono package, the V8's torque is bumped to 845Nm (623.3 lb-ft). In both cases, the extra muscle results to an increase of the sport saloon's top speed by 8km/h (5mph) to 311km/h (193mph). The price for the reprogrammed ECU is set at €1,499 (US$2,230).
To complete the package, Mcchip offers Panamera customers two different sets of tires and alloy wheels from Cargraphic.
The first set includes 22-inch rims shod in Continental tires size 265/30 R22 up front and 305/25 R22 at the rear for €7,969 (approx. US$11,900), while the second set comprises of 22-inch alloys wrapped in Dunlop Sport rubber size 265/30 R22 at the front axle and 295/25 R22 at the rear axle for €8,089 (about US$ 12,000).
German tuning firm MCCHIP has developed an extremely mild modification package for the diesel-powered Mercedes-Benz C200 CDI with power and suspension upgrades. Thanks to the remapped engine control unit (ECU), the C200 CDI's 2.2-liter 4-cylinder diesel powerplant delivers an output of 170 horsepower and a maximum torque of 350Nm, up from 136HP and 270Nm respectively.The package also includes new springs that lower the vehicle's ride height and a choice of performance wheel and tire combinations in sizes 18, 19 and 20 inches.
The Audi TT RS 2.5 TSI may only have just been released, but tuners have already began work on the most potent version of the German sports car that is powered by a 2.5-liter turbocharged five-cylinder engine delivering 340HP and 450Nm of torque. One of the first kits available for the TT RS comes from MCCHIP that has retuned the 2.5 TSI's ECU for a total output of 380HP and 550Nm of torque.Furthermore, MCCHIP said that it is preparing a Level 2 kit that will boost the five-cylinder engine's output to 400HP. In addition to the engine software upgrades, the German firm's tuning proposal for the TT RS also includes new 20-inch alloy wheels from Cargraphic wrapped in 255/30 R20 Continental rubber. The price for the Level 1 ECU upgrade is €899 while the new wheels/tires will set you back at €6.600.
German tuning firm Mcchip has introduced a new engine kit for the diesel variant of Fiat's retro-style minicar. At a cost of €509 or a little over $700 US at today's rates, Mcchip will fiddle around with the 500's 1.3-liter Multijet turbo diesel engine increasing output from 75HP to 95HP and peak torque from 145Nm to 185Nm. For another €1,099, Mcchip will throw in a set of 17-inch Black Diamond alloy wheels with Hankook S1 Evo tires in size 195/40 R17. 
You may have noticed that the name of our blog is Carscoop and not... Truckscoop, but it's not every day that we receive truck related news in our 'tuning' mailbox. Mcchip, which is mostly known for its German car tuning proposals, has released an ECU upgrade for the MAN TGA 26.360 that boosts the diesel engine's output by 60-horsepower, from 360HP to 420HP. Furthermore, Mcchip claims that the ECU optimization reduces fuel consumption by up to 15 percent. In the very rare case that you happen to be interested, the ECU upgrade costs €1,299 or around $1,850. 
If the new Volkswagen Golf GTI's 210 horsepower turbocharged four pot isn't powerful enough for you, the tuners at Mcchip have readied a rather straightforward performance package that will be officially revealed at this week's Tuning World Bodensee in Germany. A quick ECU tune that has been priced at €849 (around US$1,150) adds another 42HP and 100Nm or 74lb-ft bringing the total output of the 2.0 TSI to 252HP and 380Nm or 280lb-ft of torque.In addition to the engine software upgrade, Mcchip's tuning proposal for the 2009 VW Golf GTI also includes a sport suspension kit from H&R that brings the hot hatch a few inches closer to the ground as well as beefier 19-inch alloy wheels in a black finish from OZ plus a set of 'racing-stripes' available in various colors.
