Taxi Driver Shows us How to Impress Your Passengers with a U-Turn

Monday, January 21, 2013

Luc Besson, we just might have a new candidate for your Taxi franchise, if you ever consider making a fifth movie, that is.

While we're not entirely convinced that the yellow sign on the roof of the white sedan does indeed indicate that it's a taxi (we also see a grey-colored BMW 3-Series E30 Touring with the same sign crossing by), the intrepid driver should consider himself lucky for not ending up in the face of the Toyota Highlander.

DeLorean NYC Taxi Concept Promises to Take You Back to Another Time

Tuesday, December 4, 2012

As the great Dr. Emmett "Doc" Brown once put it, "Once this baby hits 88 miles per hour, you're going to see some serious s*it."

Sadly, time-travel has yet to be invented, but that's not the only problem with this New York City taxicab that's based on the DeLorean featured in the Back to the Future trilogy.

Chinese Taxi Driver Makes New York Cabbies Look Like Cautious Old Ladies

And the palette will soon get more vibrant with the addition of the Citroën DS5 Hybrid4 that will be unveiled in a world premiere at the upcoming European Taxi Fair in Cologne from November 9 to 11, 2012.

Wednesday, September 26, 2012

A BMW fan club event that took place on the streets of Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City ( formerly known as Saigon) this past Sunday had an unexpected outcome when one of the drivers thought it would be a great idea to entertain the small crowd by power drifting his tuned M6 Coupe around a corner.

The owner of the matte-black M6, which is said to have some 700-horses lurking under its hood, lost control of the car and smashed into a park taxi van, narrowly avoiding its driver, but not the scooter rider that was located in front of the cab – fortunately, he was not seriously injured.

Dramatic Footage Shows U.S. Marine Brutally Beating Up Cab Driver [NSFW]

Monday, September 10, 2012

Working as cab driver can be an extremely hazardous affair, which is probably why some taxi owners have started to install cameras facing towards the passenger area in their vehicles.

One such recording device captured dramatic footage of a cab driver who was brutally attacked inside his vehicle by a young man in Surf City, North Carolina, at around 1:00 Sunday morning.

The attacker was later identified as Gunnery Sgt. John Adam Kinosh of the MARSOC Special Operations School at Stone Bay.
